Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled RN Interventional Radiology FT Days candidate to join our team. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to implement change and manage departmental budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling efforts for the unit RNs
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor staff
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience
- Management experience with two years supervisory
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
