Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager OR FT Days to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to nursing staff.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum three years relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Two years management/supervisory experience preferred.
- CPR required. ACLS as applicable by Facility/Department, PALS/NRP are required for certain clinical areas.
