Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Manager OR FT Days to join our team at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care according to designated standards and practices
- Assist in ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care
- Establish a mechanism to track customer service performance and take corrective action to address any issues
- Participate in the development of annual budgets and manage to budget
- Supervise and manage staff to meet designated goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department
- Minimum three years relevant clinical nursing experience
- Preferred two years management/supervisory experience
