RN Interventional Radiology FT Days Position Summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a skilled RN Interventional Radiology to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function, ensuring seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling efforts of the unit RNs to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison person to internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum two years relevant clinical nursing experience, with preference for management experience and certification in specialty area of practice.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona, with CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable.
