Position Overview:

The Crescent Hotels Group is in search of a dynamic professional to elevate our Front Office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the role's significance in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Front Desk operations to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance, while addressing any issues that arise.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests, ensuring their needs are met to foster repeat business.
  • Implement company policies and supervise Front Desk operations to adhere to standards, maximizing service quality.
  • Lead and mentor Guest Service Agents, maintaining a calm demeanor during busy periods and emergencies.
  • Resolve guest complaints through thorough investigation and effective problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance policies and maintain regular availability for shifts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
