Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Appointments and manage the daily scheduling calendar to ensure efficient use of clinician time.
  • Resolve Scheduling Conflicts and communicate effectively with clients and staff to resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Manage Scheduling Team of 3 and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Update Client Information in our system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform Daily Scheduling Audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and Implement Scheduling Processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Billing and Claims Managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and best practices in scheduling and operations management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associates Degree Minimum (unless prior experience in scheduling management); Bachelor's degree or better preferred.
  • Mandatory Scheduling or Staffing Experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Email Etiquette with a plus for Excel, SimplePractice, and ZocDoc.
