Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador: Represent Wyndham Destinations in a professional and positive manner, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Partner with Resort Staff: Collaborate with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and schedule presentations.
  • Present and Incentivize: Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Screen and Qualify: Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, ensuring a high level of sales performance.
  • Make Sales-Tour Reservations: Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the vacation ownership industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
