Job Title: Sales Coordinator

ENGLEWOOD MARKETING is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in coordinating sales initiatives and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales efforts to support brick and mortar, omnichannel, and e-commerce sales initiatives
  • Communicate with internal sales managers and independent manufacturers' reps regarding PO tracking, product availability, and distribution of UPP grids from vendors
  • Create sample orders for distribution to buyers and provide follow-up and tracking
  • Act as a liaison with purchasing and review open orders with customer service and/or sales
  • Communicate with buyers and/or sales on availability of product and update item changes to brands
  • Collaborate with sales and/or finance on co-op claims/deductions and generate sales reports for analysis and summarization
  • Maintain gap analysis/opportunities with retail and coordinate new customer setup account/customer service/sales
  • Customer portal maintenance and work with sales manager on updates
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 3-5+ years of retail or e-commerce sales or content support experience
  • Acute attention to detail and intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to self-improvement and ability to adapt to change
ADA Requirements:
  • Frequently required to sit, talk or hear, and use hands to handle or touch objects or controls
  • Regularly required to stand and walk
  • On occasion, may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders
  • Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
