Position Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the management team across breakfast, dining, and banquet services. This position requires active participation in daily operations while providing leadership and guidance to the F&B team.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Manager on Duty during meal services.
• Facilitate training, coaching, and mentorship for restaurant and bar personnel.
• Generate daily reports detailing covers and operational metrics.
• Oversee restaurant and breakfast staff during service, assisting with bussing and food running as necessary.
• Communicate daily with staff regarding specials, events, and service expectations.
• Supervise opening and closing tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet regularly with the Restaurant Manager to discuss project progress and future assignments.
• Address urgent requests or issues with the Restaurant Manager and/or F&B Manager promptly.
• Assist in planning and executing catering, holiday, wedding, and banquet events.
• Maintain the breakfast area to the highest standards during service hours.
• Conduct daily inventory and restock necessary items.
• Ensure adherence to service and presentation standards.
• Assist in the timely creation of weekly staff schedules.
• Take an active leadership role in guest interactions.
• Support food ordering for breakfast as needed.
• Develop and mentor staff, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Complete assigned reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks as required.
• Collaborate with all areas of the F&B department, including breakfast, lounge, and banquets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage management preferred.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods. The position may involve working in wet, hot, and humid conditions and requires the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
