Overview:
Big Daddy's West Colfax, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage services in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the establishment that provides dining services.
- Engage with patrons and manage both in-house and delivery orders.
- Oversee inventory management for food and equipment, maintaining accurate records.
- Set and uphold standards for staff performance and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in food preparation and service tasks as needed, including cooking and serving.
Facilitate and manage training programs for staff, address personnel issues, recruit new employees, and assess employee performance in dining and hospitality settings.
- Analyze operational procedures and challenges to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality, efficiency, or safety.
- Evaluate staffing requirements and handle recruitment processes.
- Supervise budget management and payroll documentation, ensuring all financial activities are within authorized limits.
Compensation:
$79,310/year.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role or related field. Required experience includes:
- Knowledge of sanitary and food preparation standards;
- Familiarity with Point of Sale Software;
- Experience with Inventory Management Software;
- Ability to coordinate schedules and manage staffing;
- Competence in monitoring budgets and inventory levels.
