Job Title: Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site work teams to ensure that all construction activities align with the project plan and quality requirements.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of O&Ms (Operation and Maintenance) for all projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the efficiency of construction processes.
  • Manage the inspection of completed works, ensuring that all work meets the required standard and project specifications.
  • Ensure that all materials, machinery, and equipment meet the necessary quality standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the management of any incidents or issues, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality control management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in project management and site work.
  • Experience in the wastewater treatment sector is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality control standards and regulations within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the three phases of control system.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Certification in quality control or project management is a plus.
