Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled Venue Operations Supervisor to manage our Sports and Entertainment facility. This position will report directly to the District Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning and janitorial operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of cleaning operations, including daily housekeeping, event cleaning, and post-event services.
  • Train, schedule, and assign tasks to both full-time and part-time staff.
  • Act as a liaison between Pritchard Industries and the venue management team to ensure efficient cleaning operations and vendor management.
  • Prepare and maintain the budget to ensure a cost-effective operation.
  • Establish and maintain financial procedures and control records.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Supervise managers to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records, providing reports as necessary.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Keep detailed cost records and coordinate estimates and settlements for events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Organize and conduct training and safety programs.
  • Represent the company in internal and external meetings as required.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are executed professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle HR responsibilities, including hiring, interviewing, and payroll management.
  • Assess arena seating and suite areas to optimize staff deployment.
  • Address client concerns with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the District Manager and VP of Operations.
Qualifications:
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Preferred college degree, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in employee management.
  • Proficient in budget management.
  • Availability for extended working hours.
