The Operations Supervisor will support the General Manager in overseeing club functions to guarantee an outstanding 'Judgement Free' experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a passion for providing a consistent and exceptional experience for our members, guests, and fellow team members.
Coordinate team member shift schedules.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Train both new and existing team members on club operations.
Effectively manage conflict situations.
Delegate tasks to club staff and uphold all Planet Fitness policies and procedures.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the General Manager and team members.
Oversee inventory management for club operations.
Accurately process retail transactions and strive to meet sales targets.
Guide and support team members through the disciplinary process when necessary.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of management or supervisory experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification (training provided by Planet Fitness).
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Suite).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods.
This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
