**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Meterwork. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients and promote our value proposition
  • Qualify and disqualify leads, and provide regular updates to the sales team
  • Meet sales performance metrics and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
