**Job Summary**

The Territory Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Act as the point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet individual and corporate sales plans

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers within the territory

• Participate in customer-specific and regional market channel food shows

• Manage expenses within the guidelines of S2G Ventures

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, poultry sales, natural products, marketing, or business development

• Ability to travel and execute sales/merchandising plans

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products

**Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

The Territory Sales Representative will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to travel frequently. The ideal candidate will be able to tolerate varying temperatures and be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, and use hands to fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
