Job Summary

Greenfield Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Agent I to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide unparalleled customer service and support through phone, chat, social media, and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions.
  • Contribute to building a positive team environment and foster a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and legal guidelines, and stay up-to-date with new and existing regulations.
  • Assume responsibility for self-improvement through training courses and personal development.
  • Process transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service goals, and contribute to the overall success of the Contact Center.
  • Advise customers on how our products and services can meet their financial needs, and provide personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of banking or financial services experience or customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams.
  • Ability to perform simple math calculations and provide accurate information to customers.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
