Overview

At Suburban Propane, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong background in sales and customer service. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
