About the Role

Sandri Energy LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC and Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player in our company's success, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting onsite consultations, and developing proposals to meet their HVAC and plumbing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their HVAC and plumbing requirements and provide expert recommendations.
  • Conduct onsite consultations to assess customers' equipment and needs.
  • Develop and deliver detailed proposals to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate projects with the Sales and Installation Manager to ensure accurate parts lists and project specifications.
  • Collect signed proposals, deposits, and required documentation for permits and rebates.
  • Oversee installations to ensure a smooth and successful experience for customers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean vehicle for business purposes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior technical and/or project estimating experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or the construction trades.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and reasoning skills.
  • General computer proficiency and ability to use MS Office, Google Suite, or other assigned software.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving history that meets Sandri Energy LLC's employment standards.
