Role Summary:
As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the preparation of tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the work of our tax preparation team, ensuring that all filings are accurate and adhere to the latest Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines. You will also be tasked with conducting thorough research and analysis of tax documentation to support strategic planning initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research and review of client tax documentation.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
  • Perform tax audits as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  • Provide training and support to new tax staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Active CPA certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of IRS regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation: Competitive salary of $150,000.
