Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our team at International Staff Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files on our IT system, ensuring easy access to customer information.
  • Support to Sales Managers: Provide day-to-day support to our Sales Managers, ensuring they have the necessary information to effectively manage customer relationships.
  • Communication: Handle all day-to-day phone and email communications with customers and external parties, providing timely and professional responses.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 or more years of successful experience in a similar role, such as Account Coordinator, Customer Service, or Inside Sales, preferably in the same or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Working proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating efficiently with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Career Advancement: Potential to grow into a more senior role within the company.
