Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Lakes Country Service Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral support to students and staff in our schools.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will assist the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with behavior programming and provide direct and indirect support to students and staff. This is a salaried position with 182 work days, 8 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Support:
    • Provide support to staff in struggling classrooms
    • Support staff with struggling students
    • Model behavior interventions
    • Respond to behavioral incidents
  • Indirect Support:
    • Assist with data collection and analysis in collaboration with the BCBA
    • Manage incident reports
    • Participate in behavior meetings
    • Attend supervision meetings with the BCBA
Requirements:

Applicants should have a strong understanding of behavioral principles and practices. A certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
