Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Lakes Country Service Cooperative. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our students and staff in achieving their goals.

Job Summary:

The Registered Behavior Technician will assist the BCBA with behavior programming and provide direct and indirect support to students and staff. This includes:

  • Direct Support:
    • Providing support to staff in struggling classrooms
    • Supporting staff with struggling students
    • Modeling behavior interventions
    • Responding to codes
  • Indirect Support:
    • Collecting and analyzing data in collaboration with the BCBA
    • Assisting with incident report management
    • Participating in behavior meetings
    • Attending supervision meetings with the BCBA
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of behavior analysis and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
