About the Role

Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team. As a key member of our Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention program, you will provide intensive one-to-one and group therapy to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and advanced technology to track progress.
  • Provide consistent and patient support to children with autism, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with assigned specialists to develop and oversee treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in a human service field, or currently pursuing a degree in a human service area, or 2 years of experience in a human service field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each child.
  • A commitment to cultural competence and a safe work environment.
