  • Design creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses business needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Six plus years of corporate human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
