Bond Release Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bond Release Project Manager to join our team at DFM Development Services LLC. As a key member of our Bond Release team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to bond release, bond management, and land development.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and compile paperwork required for bond release checklists
Meet with jurisdiction inspectors to review paperwork and site conditions
Coordinate with contractors to address deficiencies
Facilitate progress towards bond release by developing strong relationships with jurisdiction representatives
Prepare bond extension and reduction paperwork

Requirements:

Associate degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3 years of experience in construction engineering, construction management, or closely related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
