Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Acuity, Inc. This role requires a strong understanding of the federal government's procurement cycle and process, particularly for the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage demand generation and direct sales for our Foreign Affairs Business Unit.
- Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans for new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of three years of federal solution sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Government and Department of Defense acquisition processes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
