Key responsibilities will include defining the vision and strategy for corporate talent acquisition, creating and implementing innovative hiring solutions, building and managing a high-performing team of recruiters, and enhancing the candidate experience through various channels.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience leading staffing functions in high-growth environments, with a background in online staffing/recruiting. They will possess a proven track record of driving business results, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in talent acquisition.
