Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management: Efficiently oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions.

Policy Assessment: Review and evaluate insurance policies to ensure they align with client needs and adhere to regulatory standards.

Renewal Coordination: Manage policy renewals and updates for clients, ensuring they are informed of any changes and available options.

Claims Assistance: Support clients in filing and processing insurance claims, guiding them through the process and offering assistance.

Client Engagement: Maintain transparent and timely communication with clients, responding to their questions professionally.

Account Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client accounts, emphasizing key metrics and areas for enhancement.


Qualifications

Licensing: An active Property and Casualty license is mandatory.

Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance account management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing insurance documentation and client information.

Organizational Skills: Proficient in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and handling a substantial workload.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities to address client needs and provide suitable solutions.

Team Collaboration: A cooperative mindset with a positive attitude, eager to work with others to achieve shared objectives. Familiarity with AMS 360 and other Vertafore systems is advantageous.
