About the Role

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the planning and execution of complex proxy solicitation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of multiple medium to large, complex project initiatives, utilizing proven project management tools and methods.
  • Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and project teams to ensure objectives are met, and provide oversight, guidance, management, and training of more junior associates.
  • Monitor and communicate project objectives, achievements, milestones, challenges, and issues to key stakeholders, and report on project status.
  • Identify creative alternatives to project challenges, lead subject matter experts to resolve project challenges, and remove obstacles and impediments to ensure business and operational objectives are met.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to more junior staff members on project-related tasks.
  • Serve as a role model for the team, displaying leadership, integrity, and innovative ideas, and ensure that Broadridge policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Seven to ten years of project management experience, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • PMP certification and mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge are highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize innovative and creative approaches to project challenges.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet tight and competing deadlines, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
