About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with various conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field (new graduates welcome).
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in good standing.
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
