Program Director/Full-time Faculty

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team at the Bechtel International Center in Student Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing student and scholar orientations, designing and managing logistical arrangements for lectures and outreach activities, and carrying out the communication strategy involving print and online media.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and three years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience. Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications are required. Experience with web design software, social media platforms, and mass mailing software is preferred.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the events team to plan, implement, and manage all aspects of events, including budget allocation, event logistics, and facilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining approved content on websites, drafting and generating routine outreach communications, and guiding and training student assistants and student group coordinators.
