Breast Imaging Faculty Position

The Department of Radiology at Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member for the Division of Breast Imaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified individual to join our team and contribute to the advancement of breast imaging research and education.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated exceptional qualities and promise as a clinician, teacher, and, if applicable, as an outstanding investigator. They will be expected to interpret digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds and breast MRI examinations, and perform core biopsies and preoperative needle localizations using x-ray, ultrasound and MRI guidance.

Requirements:
- MD or MD/PhD degree(s) or equivalent
- American Board of Radiology certified or eligible
- Completed a minimum 6-month fellowship in Breast Imaging
- Credentialed in mammography as required by MQSA
- California Medical license prior to appointment start date
Salary Range:
The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Clinical Instructor: $390,000 - $396,000
- Assistant Professor: $405,000 - $423,000
- Associate Professor: $438,000 - $456,000
- Professor: $476,000 - $503,000
Please note that this pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
