Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Norfolk, VA branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to capture and maintain profitable revenue streams for the branch.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and communication to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Lead day-to-day branch operations, including supervision of project management, dispatch, laboratory, administrative, and support staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure technical excellence of branch service providers and maintain high standards of quality and integrity.
  • Business Management: Manage branch resources to maximize growth and profitability, with full P&L responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on management and/or quality control.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment criteria.

Licensed Professional Engineer is a significant plus.
