Essential Duties:

  • Work closely with the Farm Manager to optimize ingredient use, reducing waste and increasing profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to prepare culinary offerings for various events.
  • Supervise the Market Coordinator on promotions and product offerings, focusing on waste reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations and maintain high standards of food safety.
  • Foster strong vendor relationships and manage inventory effectively.
  • Enhance guest experiences by overseeing both front and back of house operations.
  • Develop and train employees to maintain a high level of service.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling efficiently.
  • Contribute to financial management by adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Scratch Kitchen environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food preparation and management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a culinary setting.
  • Possession of a valid manager serve safe/food handlers' card and liquor card.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
