Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Support the sales team by providing product knowledge, assisting with sales floor resets, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to receive and stock merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders.
Compensation

Starting hourly rate: $12.35-$13.00
