Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the safety and security of customers and associates by maintaining a high level of awareness on the sales floor, correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions or practices, and securing the building.
  • Customer Service: Treat all customers and associates with respect, demonstrate courtesy and friendliness, and recognize associates using company recognition programs.
  • Personal and Store Brand: Represent and support the company brand at all times, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure all associates adhere to the company dress code.
  • General Merchandising: Ensure recovery, sizing, and markdowns are completed to company standards, process merchandise with a sense of urgency, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Loss Prevention: Understand and comply with the loss prevention awareness program, maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor, and conduct package inspections.
  • Front-End Supervision and Operations: Execute company best practices, maintain pace and energy, and train and coach associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
  • Fitting Rooms: Maintain and clean the fitting rooms, ensure all garment tags are audited and accounted for, and ensure go-back compliance throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
  • Fluency in English: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Prior Customer Service and Supervisory Experience: Preferred experience in customer service and supervisory roles.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale Equipment: Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
  • Ability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
