- Front-End Supervision and Operations: Execute company best practices, maintain pace and energy, and train and coach associates on cash registers and shortage control policies.
- Fitting Rooms: Maintain and clean the fitting rooms, ensure all garment tags are audited and accounted for, and ensure go-back compliance throughout the day.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
- Fluency in English: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Prior Customer Service and Supervisory Experience: Preferred experience in customer service and supervisory roles.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale Equipment: Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
- Ability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
