Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team as a KidStrong Coach - Lead Instructor. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for delivering our evolving monthly curriculum, focusing on brain, physical, and character development. Your passion for working with children and ability to communicate effectively with parents will be essential in making a positive impact on our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to children aged 15 months to 11 years, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating our evolving monthly curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of coaching staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, explaining the benefits and value of our program.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set schedules for coaching staff and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in youth development and coaching.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
  • Previous experience in coaching or a related field, preferably with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with parents and children.
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
