Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
    • Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a private or college setting (part-time coaches exempt).
    • Broad experience working with diverse athletic and adult populations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Demands:
    • This role requires medium work, involving occasional lifting of 20-50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds.
