Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently uphold sanitation standards throughout the year.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for memberships, gift cards, and service enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and daily operations.
  • Advocate for the health benefits of regular spa visits and assist clients with their needs.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients before and after their appointments.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services.
  • Follow sales scripts for memberships and gift cards as outlined by Hand and Stone.
  • Make informed recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Learn and execute Hand and Stone's signature services.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records.
  • Engage with the community to promote our services and boost sales.
  • Support management and team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and adapt accordingly.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to personal and professional development, as well as team success.
  • Participate in spa challenges for various incentives and rewards.
  • Oversee front desk operations and assist in resolving customer conflicts.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service, particularly in membership sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various situations.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in computer skills; experience with retail and appointment systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively towards shared goals.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
