Key Responsibilities:
As a Process Technician, your role will encompass:

  • Conducting samplings for new bottle development and establishing the stretch blow molding process.
  • Performing unit cavity samplings on the SBM sampling machine.
  • Setting up, adjusting, and optimizing the stretch blow molding process.
  • Executing production tool qualification procedures.
  • Supporting the packaging manager and project team members.
  • Documenting machine and sampling records.
  • Maintaining an inventory of resin, colorants, tools, etc.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of assigned machines and tools.

Physical Demands:
The physical requirements for this position include:

  • Regularly standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally climbing or balancing.
  • Frequently using hands for handling, feeling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Occasionally sitting.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 30 lbs frequently, and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Stretch Blow Molding.
  • Experience in Toolmaking, Mechanics, or Electric/Electronic systems.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility in work availability.
  • The capability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
