Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conducting sampling for new bottle designs and establishing the stretch blow molding process
  • Performing unit cavity samplings on the SBM sampling apparatus
  • Setting up, adjusting, and optimizing the stretch blow molding operations
  • Executing production tool qualification protocols
  • Supporting the packaging manager and project teams
  • Documenting machine and sampling data
  • Maintaining an inventory of resin, colorants, tools, and related materials
  • Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of assigned machinery and tools

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally climb or balance.
  • Frequently required to use hands for handling, feeling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and to communicate verbally.
  • Occasionally required to sit.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Stretch Blow Molding
  • Background in Toolmaking, Mechanics, or Electrical/Electronic Systems

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in time management, balancing long-term and short-term priorities
  • Flexible availability for work hours
  • Capable of prioritizing, planning, and executing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
