Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements from clients and design computer programs and systems to meet their needs.
  • Recommend system controls and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
  • Test software to ensure it meets client requirements and collaborate with product and project managers, developers, and other analysts to deliver solutions.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Meet with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and define project requirements.
  • Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and studying system capabilities.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
  • Manage project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, monitoring risks, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure software meets product requirements.

  • At least two years' experience in business analysis.
