Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Cashier/Food Runner, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and processing transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area, and for assisting with food preparation and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a touch-screen register system.
  • Process transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Assist with food preparation and delivery, including taking orders from the kitchen and delivering food to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, as well as move and lift boxes.
  • Positive and energetic personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
