Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality and Customer Service: Develop and implement quality standards to ensure that all delivered products meet Papa John's standards and accurately reflect the customer's order. Provide prompt and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer-focused team members. Ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, establish and communicate performance expectations, and conduct timely and effective performance reviews.
  • Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals against budget and prior year by providing prompt and friendly customer service, building check averages through team member training on products and sales execution. Seek additional sales through traditional and non-traditional methods by executing creative local restaurant marketing and creating a positive presence in the community.
  • Operations and Administration: Manage profit goals against budget and prior year by ensuring food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget. Develop and implement plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance profits. Execute administrative and cash management duties, plan and manage adequate inventory levels, and manage company assets.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
  • Skills: Cash management, planning and organization, effective communication.
