Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Asset Management Portfolio Consultant to join our HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) division. This pivotal role is centered on optimizing the lifecycle of IT assets, working closely with partners, end-users, and internal sales teams to enhance IT lifecycle strategies. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating customer profiles and identifying areas where portfolio solutions can deliver significant value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HPEFS Financial Account Managers to assess accounts and pinpoint portfolio opportunities.
  • Oversee and implement all necessary tasks for delivering client-facing portfolio buyout or extension options.
  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines and policies while swiftly mastering relevant processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to uncover project management opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the HPFS Sales team to guarantee accurate forecasting and alignment with account planning strategies.
  • Provide timely and precise pricing for buyouts, renewals, and other customer requests.
  • Analyze data to identify where our project management solutions can provide the most benefit to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred University or Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
  • General understanding of the IT sector.
  • Experience in IT asset lifecycle management is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to identify optimal portfolio solutions.
  • Previous experience in sales, financial services, or data analytics is preferred.
  • Proactive engagement with sales teams when project management opportunities arise.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and progressions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate client proposals.
  • Capacity to work independently and as an integral part of a team across various departments within HPEFS.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined policies to identify and select appropriate solutions.
