About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Yale-New Haven Health as a Clinical Social Worker. In this role, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  2. Counseling and Psychotherapy: Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, addressing various issues, including mental health concerns, relationships, and coping mechanisms.
  3. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3,000 hours of post-masters social work experience and 100 hours of post-masters clinical supervision (Connecticut); or 24 months of experience as a licensed clinical social worker under supervision (Rhode Island).
  • Licensure: LCSW or LICSW from the respective state.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$95,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
