Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team at Martin Morell M.D. PC - Arthritis Specialists.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our physicians and practitioners in delivering quality medical care to patients. This includes greeting patients warmly, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, ensuring efficient check-in and smooth transfer to clinical staff. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, educating them on proper medical care techniques.
  • Administrative and Clinical Support: Maintain accurate and legible patient records, promptly correcting any errors. Handle patient phone inquiries in compliance with state laws and medical practice regulations.
  • Organizational Tasks: Maintain a clean, organized, and uncluttered work area. Assist with inventory management to ensure all supplies are well-stocked.
  • Team Collaboration: Circulate throughout the office during busy times to ensure quality patient care and smooth workflow.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 per year based on location and experience.
