About the Opportunity

Catholic Charities invites applications for a dynamic Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team in Hartford, CT. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $95,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human services field and 4+ years of experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment. They will also be licensed to practice in Connecticut and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and community partners to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will also lead the development of quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and well-being of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Lead the development of quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical services and outcomes
  • Contribute to the overall growth and well-being of our organization through participation in training and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
  • Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of clinical programs and services to ensure best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • 4+ years of experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
  • Licensed to practice in Connecticut as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders
