We are currently hiring for the position of Therapeutic Training and Support Specialist within our In-Home Therapy (IHT) program. This role is available in various locations and focuses on providing essential support to youth aged 0-20.

The Therapeutic Training and Support Specialist will engage in structured, one-on-one skill development sessions aimed at enhancing interpersonal communication, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills among the youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the youth's understanding and management of their emotions and responses to various situations, while also assisting families in addressing emotional and mental health challenges.
  • Coordinate care with other community service providers involved in the youth's treatment.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, youth, and families to create effective safety plans for crisis situations.
  • Support families in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural support systems.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old and proficient in computer use.
  • Experience working with emotionally challenged children or adolescents for one to two years is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of $46,000 for full-time positions, commensurate with experience.
  • Fee-for-service rate of $23.25.
