Job Overview

Pathlight Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team in Greenfield, Massachusetts. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing meaningful support and companionship.


Key Responsibilities
  • Transport individuals to community activities, such as walks, meals, shopping, and personal care appointments.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the Pathlight Group team to ensure high-quality support services.

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year related experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Basic understanding of developmental disabilities and/or autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
